With decades of history within its walls, Hotel Misiana has witnessed Tarifa’s evolution—embracing its vibrant changes while staying true to its essence. Set in a prime location in Tarifa’s old town, this historic building has been thoughtfully transformed into a sophisticated, designer hotel. Every corner pays homage to its past while showcasing fresh, contemporary style.

The name «Misiana» comes from Arabic, meaning “with the best”—a perfect reflection of its commitment to genuine hospitality and uncompromising quality. More than just a hotel, Misiana is a gateway to Tarifa’s authentic soul. The interior designer reimagined the space using Spanish traditions as her foundation.
Her vision combines vibrant 60s–70s sophistication with retro art deco flair—reminiscent of vintage Miami buildings—infused with Tarifa’s serene coastal lifestyle. Every detail: bold colors, geometric accents, luxurious materials, and natural elements—carefully selected to create a truly one-of-a-kind atmosphere.
